How are new and ended subscribers handled?
You send updated subscriber list before each cycle. We identify new customers (welcome box), active subscribers (regular box) and exclude ended ones.
Can we change contents between cycles?
Yes. You deliver this month's contents in advance. We assemble new theme each cycle without extra setup time.
Do you handle international subscribers?
Yes. We ship to Sweden and the Nordics directly. For EU and international, we have multi-carrier shipping covering each region.
