Flow 3PL

Returns management that actually gets goods back to stock.

An efficient returns process reduces costs, frees up time and improves the customer experience. We handle returns per your policy with inspection, sorting, restock and reporting.

Faster restock of approved returns
Weekly report on return reasons
Scales at peak without quality drop
Integrated with the rest of your warehouse flow
Returns as part of the whole

Not a side process.

Returns affect both costs and customer experience. Without clear routines, products sit idle, information is missing and decisions are delayed. That is why we build returns as an integrated part of your logistics — not as a separate side process.

We handle receiving, inspection, sorting and restocking per your returns policy. When needed we also include repack, labeling, action on damage and exception handling. You get reporting that makes it easier to follow up recurring causes and improve the flow over time.

For e-commerce brands this means faster resale of approved returns, fewer support tickets and better inventory control. For brands it creates a clearer standard that works even when volumes grow.

What you get

Four effects of the right return flow.

A good returns process is about pace, quality and consistency. We shorten lead times, standardize decisions and create a flow that is easy to follow up.

01

Faster restock.

Approved returns are restocked faster so you can sell them again and reduce shrinkage. Less capital tied up, higher inventory turnover.

02

Clear policy and routines.

We work to your rules for approved returns, action on exceptions and status per item. Consistent regardless of who handles.

03

Control and traceability.

Every return is registered, inspected and reported so you get full visibility into decisions and outcomes. No black holes.

04

Scales at peak.

When volumes grow we can scale resources and maintain quality even in high season. Returns from Black Week do not need to take all of January.

How the return flow works

Four steps from arrival to stock.

We set up a clear return flow that fits your assortment, policy and channels.

Step 1

Receiving

Returns are received and registered in the flow. We ensure the right shipment is matched to the right order or case. Where needed we also handle labeling and sorting per channel or return reason.

Step 2

Inspection & assessment

Products are inspected per your guidelines. We assess condition, completeness, packaging and any exceptions. The result is recorded so you can make decisions quickly and consistently.

Step 3

Restock or action

Approved returns are restocked per routine. When needed we can repack, relabel or handle items requiring special action. Items that cannot be sold again are handled per your rules for claims or disposal.

Step 4

Reporting & follow-up

You get reporting on volumes, return reasons and status per item. That makes it easier to see patterns, improve product information and reduce unnecessary returns over time.

Common questions

What we get about returns.

What is included in returns management?

Returns management can include receiving, registration, inspection, assessment, restock, repack and exception handling. The setup is adapted to your policy and what decisions you want us to make on the warehouse floor.

How quickly can returns be back in stock?

Time depends on volume, inspection level and action requirements. With clear routines, approved returns can often be restocked quickly, improving inventory turnover.

Can you handle repack and actions?

Yes. We can handle repack, labeling, kit assembly and simpler actions needed to make a return sellable again. This is set up as part of your standard so the process is consistent.

How do we follow up return reasons?

We register status and can categorize returns by reason. That gives you the basis to improve product information, reduce mispicks and identify where in the flow unnecessary returns arise.
