Orders are picked with the right method for your assortment and packed to your specification. Kitting, labeling and any co-packing happens before the order ships.
Shipping & tracking
Shipments go out per your setup. We can use your own carrier agreements or our negotiated rates with PostNord, DHL, Bring, FedEx, Instabox and Ingrid. Tracking data is pushed back to the customer automatically.
Returns
Returns are handled per your policy with inspection, restock, repack and exception flows. Defective goods are set aside for your inspection. Weekly report on return patterns is delivered automatically.
