Flow 3PL was founded in 2026 after 10 years in the logistics industry. We were tired of 3PL providers treating founders like ticket numbers. So we started our own — with one dedicated contact, transparent pricing and a 14.00 cut-off.
Ten years before launch.
Before Flow 3PL spun out as its own company, Daniel Forslund worked for 10 years in e-commerce logistics. He has helped over 50 Swedish e-commerce brands scale from the first order to real volumes — as an employee, consultant and advisor.
The experience from those years made two things clear. First, the quality of physical logistics (pick, pack, ship) decides more than most think. Second, most 3PL providers see customers as a revenue source, not a partner.
Flow 3PL was founded to fix that. We are deliberately small enough that every customer gets a dedicated contact, and capable enough to scale flows up to 5,000 orders per day based on decades of industry experience.
I started Flow 3PL because I have seen too many e-commerce brands choose the cheapest logistics partner and end up with poor quality. With us, you get a partner that runs alongside you all the way.
