What we get about receiving.
How long does receiving take?
Normal receiving happens the same day goods arrive. Larger volumes or complex quality control may take longer — we always communicate timeline in advance.
What happens with exceptions?
We document and contact you immediately. You decide if we should receive despite exception, return to supplier or handle separately.
Can you handle different product types?
Yes. We can handle pallets, cartons, loose pick and items with special requirements like temperature or shelf life.
How is storage priced?
Storage is charged per pallet location or square meter per month. No setup costs, you pay for the space you actually use.
