What we get about integration.
Do we need a developer to integrate?
No for standard platforms. We handle Shopify, WooCommerce and similar without you needing to do anything technical. For custom systems we may need input from your IT.
How long does integration take?
Standard integrations 1–3 days. Custom API connections 1–4 weeks depending on complexity.
Can we export data to our BI system?
Yes. You can export CSV or connect via API to Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar. All data you see in WMS can come out.
Is real-time sync actually real-time?
Orders push in real time (seconds). Inventory and status sync in real time after each movement. Large bulk updates may have 1–2 minute delay.
