How we handle your personal data.
Flow 3PL (org. no. 559480-7777) is the data controller for the information we collect. We follow GDPR and handle your data with great care.

What data do we collect?
We collect data you provide via our forms (name, email, phone, company, message) and technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site. For customers, we also process business data related to deliveries and invoicing.
Why do we process it?
To respond to your inquiries, deliver our services, fulfill contractual obligations and meet legal requirements. Marketing happens only with your consent or based on legitimate interest with existing customer relationships.
How long do we keep the data?
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Customer data is kept during the contract period and then 7 years according to Swedish accounting law. Marketing consents are kept until you revoke them.
Is your data shared?
We only share data with our sub-processors (carriers, payment providers, IT providers) when necessary to deliver the service. No data is sold to third parties. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to request data extracts, correct incorrect data, delete data, restrict processing and object to processing. Contact us at hello@flow3pl.se. You can also file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
