Different carriers have different strengths: PostNord is good for small domestic parcels, DHL for heavy shipments, Instabox for local express.
We build shipping optimization as an auto-routing system. Each order is analyzed by zone, weight and service level, then the best option is chosen automatically. You can use your own carrier agreements or leverage our negotiated rates — or mix.

We do. As standard we monitor all shipments and contact the carrier on exceptions. You get a report on the outcome.
